Why we are here

Mountain bikes do not have to be rational choices.

Unruled makes unconventional mountain bikes for riders who know the experience and character they want. We believe a bike can be direct, demanding, playful, and distinctive without asking for approval from the wider market.

We do not claim that one kind of bike is right for every rider. We create deliberate alternatives for riders who want something outside the accepted formula.

Development and launch

Prototypes are already being tested.

Before production starts, we must confirm that riders are willing to pay for this frame. We must also establish repeatable production, global delivery, service, and warranty systems. If demand supports the launch, each frame will be made to order with an expected lead time of at least three months.

The planned launch range carries the same mixed-wheel, 170 mm hardtail concept from XS through XL. Reach, stack, seat tube, front center, and rear center change with size.

These are the planned launch geometry targets. Final production release still depends on size-specific fit, clearance, manufacturing, and validation checks. We will publish changes before opening orders.

Geometry basis: 29 × 2.5 front, 27.5 × 2.6 rear, 170 mm fork, approximately 583.5 mm axial axle-to-crown, 44 mm offset, and approximately 319.7 mm nominal BB height.

Front center and rear center are direct axle distances. Wheelbase is horizontal. Installed tires, fork setup, sag, rider mass, braking, and terrain change the bike's dynamic geometry.
